If you need an extra pair of hands to help you on a short-term job or long-term project then our Apprenticeship scheme can help you. Our unique approach means that businesses, like yours, can use our pool of skilled apprentices on a flexible basis, you decide whether you would like them to be on placement with you for a week, a month or a year!
Our apprentices are already employed by NCA, and are seconded to your business, this means you don’t have the headache of the lengthy processes involved with adding people to pay roll, managing holidays or related HR issues.
All of our apprentices have been placed through a six month training programme prior to their placement which covers: Health and Safety, Site Safety and Functional Skills, as well as a Level 2 Qualification in their chosen trade.
All you have to pay is £85 per week for the weeks they are on site with you! We invoice you directly for the services of the apprentice, so the process couldn’t be simpler.

Our apprentices go through an intensive training programme in their chosen trade and we give them the skills and knowledge they need to work quickly and safely on site. When they are ready they are then able to work on a placement basis for businesses like yours to support you and give them practical experience at the same time.
How long do I have to employ an apprentice for?
We are totally flexible and you can take on an apprentice for as little or as long as you require. So whether you need a helping hand for a week, a month or a year, we have the ability to meet the demands of your business. Can I interview apprentices myself?
So that you to get the most out of your apprentice and to get the best fit with your business we recommend you interview apprentices to ensure you get the individual who’s right for you. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible so we’re always on hand to give you any support and guidance that you may require.
